Can there be duets & groups?
Yes! You can include as many friends as you like in your act.
Does my act have to be approved?
Yes, all acts must be approved by Mr. Franklin by Tuesday, September 27.
How much is it to enter?
The entry fee for each act is $10 and must be paid to Mr. Franklin when your act is approved.
What are the prizes?
Winners will receive cash prizes. The final amount will depend on the total number of acts in the show, but the first place winner will receive AT LEAST $50. THREE PRIZES will be awarded. First Place and Second place will be awarded by a panel of judges. The People's Choice Award will be awarded based on audience votes.
Who will be judging?
A team of three will judge the acts. While it is very difficult to secure judges that do not know anyone in the show, we will work work with our judges to make sure they are as objective as possible.
How will the audience vote for the People's Choice Award?
Each audience member will receive 5 tickets when they arrive. Each performing act will have a container where audience members can drop their tickets to vote. The act with the most tickets will win the People's Choice Award. Audience members can also purchase additional tickets for $1 to help push their favorite to the top!
