Good Morning Everyone!
I hope you are doing well this fine Thursday morning!  I have just a few reminders (and a little begging!) this morning.  

• The dinner/dessert shows are coming up THREE WEEKS from tonight!  Dessert donations and signups have not gone very well and I am hoping that everyone has just been waiting until closer to opening.  If you are willing to donate a dessert or two, have friends or family willing to donate a dessert or two, or have connections at businesses willing to donate a dessert or two, please share that information on the sign-up genius page HERE.
• Tickets are on sale for all of the Play That Goes Wrong performances, but sales are pretty low at this point.  Please help us spread the word and get folks in to see this show.  It really is going to be hysterical.  They make me laugh more with each rehearsal.  Remember, Thursday and Sunday are dessert only shows with $15 tickets for adults and $12 tickets for K-12 students.  Friday and Saturday are our dinner shows and they are $25 for adults and $17 for K-12 students.  Tickets can be purchased at eastlincolnonstage.org/tickets.
• We are still in need of volunteers for our remaining Bank of America Stadium events.  If you are able to assist with one or more of these events, please sign-up HERE and will follow up with the details.  This is an excellent fundraiser for our program and we want to make sure we get the most out of it.  We need 10 volunteers for each event, but we can have more.  If you have questions, please let me know.  You must be 16 or older to work the events.  The dates are:
  • Saturday, May 6 - Report time is 4 PM (soccer)
  • Wednesday, May 17 - Report time is 4 PM (soccer)
  • Saturday, June 10 - Report time is 4 PM (soccer)
  • Saturday, July 8 - Report time is 4 PM (soccer)
  • Saturday, July 15 - Report time is 2 PM (Luke Bryan)
• It is also time to look at meals for our longer rehearsals.  I have reduced the number of longer rehearsals a well as the number of individuals called for the rehearsals.  If you are willing to help out with one or more meals during tech week/production week, visit the sign-up genius page HERE.  
• We have a fundraiser going on right now that I would love your help in promoting.  We are making Senior Yard Signs available to Seniors' family and friends.  Last year, they were generic and we decided to take on the project this year and offer personalization options.  More information as well as the order form can be found at EastLincolnOnStage.org/seniors.  Orders must be placed by Friday, May 5.  If you have any questions, please let me know.

I hope you and your families enjoy the upcoming break and the opportunity to take a few deep breaths before wrapping up the school year. 

I am reaching out today to share three specific needs I hope you will consider.

1. Saturday, April 15 is our next fundraising event at the Bank of America Stadium.  We must have a minimum of 10 volunteers each time we are scheduled.  Currently, we have 3 signed up.  If your schedule allows, please consider signing up to assist with this event.  We will arrive at the stadium at 4:30 to check-in.  We will then be taken to the area where we will scan tickets.  Once ticket scanning ends, we move to the inside of the stadium to assist with guest relations.  Once the game ends and the guests are cleared from the inside of the stadium, we will check out and head home.  If you are able to help out, please signup using the link below.  I will share the paperwork I need back from you and will supply you with additional information about the event.  Our first run was bumpy, but now we know lots more and this will be much smoother.

2. We are gearing up for The Play That Goes Wrong and the accompanying dinner/dessert events.  Our FCCLA will be catering the meal for the evening, but we handle the desserts for all 8 performances.  In order to make this happen, we need roughly 11 desserts for each performance.  Our audiences loved the variety of desserts last from homemade cupcakes, delicious cakes baked by grandmas, and even frozen pies donated by Food Lion.  If you have a "dessert diva" in your circle, see if they might be willing to prepare a treat for one of our shows.  The sign up list is available HERE.  Feel free to share it with anyone who might be willing to help us out!
3. Finally, I am working on getting the car we used in Rock of Ages back to its owner in Mount Holly.  If you, or someone you know, has a truck, trailer, and would be willing to help get the car returned, please let me know.
