East Lincoln On Stage
Good Evening Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and recovering from our extended stay in 18th century France. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for not only allowing your children to participate, but for supporting the endeavor. Whether they were new faces to our stage or seasoned performers, the smiles on their faces as they performed were priceless! Thank you to each family who provided a meal for our cast and crew! Thank you to each family who provided items for concessions! Most of all thank you to each of you that filled a seat in the audience and invited others to join you!
If you have family or friends who were not able to make a performance and would like to order a performance recording, please direct them to eastlincolnonstage.org/tickets. Recordings are $25 and will include a multi-angle recording as well as a collection of pictures from the production. I anticipate having the recordings ready for pick up around April 1. If you meant to snag one of the purple show shirts and have cried with disappointment for nights, please let me know. I am selling the remaining shirts (limited sizes) for $5. We also have some gray cast shirts left and you can pick up one of those for $5 as well. Please let me know what size you would like and I will see if we can make your show-shirt-dreams come true! We are getting ready to kick off Clue and I am VERY excited about this unique experience. Look for show updates beginning next week, including the dinner and desert menu! This season finale is going to be a MAJOR audience favorite! I can't wait! Finally, I have one strange request to put out there. We are working on getting a washer and dryer installed on our hallway so that we can do a better job keeping our costumes clean and fresh. As you can imagine, something like this does not come with a small price tag. Someone has already donated a like-new washer and we couldn't be more grateful! If you happen to know anyone with a dryer that is in good shape that might be willing to make a donation, please let me know. Similarly, if you have licensed friends or family who might be willing to donate their plumbing or electrical services, please help me connect with them. Thanks again for being a part of our theatre family and I look forward to seeing you again soon! My best, Mr. F

Happy Monday Everyone! This is a very stressful, but super exciting week for everyone involved with Beauty and the Beast. All of the hard work is leading up to an amazing run. Please continue to help us spread the word. We want to sell out all of our performances to not only cover the cost of producing the show, but because full houses are more fun!
Just a couple of quick notes. We still have tickets to Lumiere's Palace Party on Saturday. This is a great opportunity for younger audience members to see the show and have some time to eat and play with the characters. Please let me know if you have any questions about this event. We have about 25 tickets remaining. If your family is helping out with meals for our cast and crew, THANK YOU! You don't understand how big of a deal it is! If you were not able to help with one of the meals, please consider donating an item for concessions or a case of water for the cast and crew. Chips, candy (chocolate and non-chocolate), and canned sodas will help us stock the concession stand for our guests. The dressing rooms will also be stocked with water to keep all of our artists hydrated. Any donated items can be brought to my office whenever it is convenient. It would be great to have donations in by the end of the day on Wednesday in case we need to fill in any gaps. There will probably be a couple more updates this week as we get closer, but that is all for now. Thank you all for supporting your children in this endeavor! It really is going to be amazing! Mr. F Good Sunday Evening Everyone!
I want to first thank you for filling up the meal slots so quickly! The only dates that need to be covered are Tuesday, February 15 Saturday, February 19 Saturday, March 5 If you are able to help with one of these final 3 meals, please sign up using the link below. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0c49acab29a3fecf8-beauty All business ads and parent ads are due by Friday, February 18. If you have any questions, please let me know. Ticket sales are going slowly, but they are fairly steady. I do encourage anyone wanting to experience this show to purchase tickets early in order to get their preference of seating. This is a very expensive show and it is very important that we sell out all 10 of our performances. Please help spread the information! Currently, ticket sales for Lumiere's Palace Party are low. I am hoping it is because people are waiting until closer to the date, but it makes me a bit nervous. This is going to be a really fun event and a great thing for parents and children to do together. The tickets for Lumiere's Party include lunch for both adult and child, pictures with various characters, games and activities, and their very own performance of the show! Guests will get to participate in a spitting contest with Gaston, Manicures with Madame or Tattoos with LeFou, Karaoke with Lumiere and Babbette, servers' training course with Cogsworth, tea & crumpets with Ms. Potts and Chip, fencing with the forks, and inventions with Maurice. Guests will also get a few special souvenirs to take home with them. Please help us spread the word so we can sell the remaining 33 tickets. Show tickets and party tickets can be purchased at eastlincolnonstage.org/tickets. We are still collecting donations for our raffle. Please consider making a contact for a donation. The more items, the more interest there will be in purchasing tickets. Attendance from this point on is crucial for all cast and crew members. In a production, we all rely on each other to take care of our specific responsibilities. When one person is out, it throws off the production. Please help me reinforce the importance of regular attendance and fulfilling responsibilities. If you have any questions, please let me know! Mr. F |
