Parent Update: Mamma Mia!

Good Evening Island Families, 
I want to share a few quick notes and send out a few calls for help ahead our next couple of busy weeks.  
DINNER WITH DONNA TOMORROW NIGHT!

• We have 15 tickets remaining for tomorrow night's Dinner With Donna at Safari Miles.  Please share this information with any friends or family members who might enjoy a little island party with some energetic actors.  Tickets will remain on sale until they are gone or until the event begins at 6:30 pm.
• I have asked the cast and crew to wear their beach attire for tomorrow night's event.  I will be providing a small chicken tenders meal for those cast and crew members not participating in the greek meal.  
• Students have been asked to make arrangements to get from the high school to Safari Miles after rehearsal.  I am poling them tonight to confirm that everyone is situated.  Rehearsal will end at 5:30, and the students will be able to eat at the restaurant at 6 before the event begins at 6:30.  
• I anticipate the event to be finished by 8 pm. 

HELP IS ON THE WAY!

• Next week, we begin tech week and our most intense rehearsal schedule.  During this time, we ask parents and parent teams to consider providing a meal for the cast.  This keeps us from losing valuable rehearsal time and keeps the kids from having to leave the campus.  We also do meals on school days where there is a night time performance.  Please check out the sign-up genius link below if you are able to help out.

• We also ask for a little help from our friends at performances.  If possible, I like to have one person working the box office (opening 1 hour prior to show time,) and 1 person to work concessions and merchandise.  These shifts begin one hour prior to show time and conclude following intermission.  If you are able to help with one or more of these shifts, please use the sign-up link below.
