PATSC: Parent Update 5/6

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Below are a few updates concerning the production over the next week and a half.

• Show shirts have arrived and your cast/crew member received theirs yesterday.  If you have friends or family members who would like to make sure they get a shirt in their size, please let me know and I can go ahead and pull them.  You can also purchase show shirts with your ticket purchases as of this morning.  Below is the design of the shirts.  Sizes small through XL are $10.  XXL is $11 and XXXL is $12.

• We have a few meals remaining that have not been covered if you are interested in helping out with one of these, please visit the link below to sign us.  As of 2:30 pm we need the following dates covered: May 10, 12, 14, and 21.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• Almost all of our box office and concession volunteer slots are still open.  If you are able to help out in any of these spots, it would be very helpful!

• We are also collecting donations for our concession stand.  Check out the needs at

• Beginning tomorrow, Friday, we will be lighting up our social media channels daily.  It would be super helpful if you would assist in sharing those posts.  Help us get the word out and get some additional followers to our pages.  We currently have at least 30 tickets available for every performance.  We definitely want to sell out this show to help cover the deficits created by the limited capacity from the first two shows.
• We are doing special Saturday morning shows with our youngest audience members in mind.  These "enhanced shows" are early in the day and will have some modified language, audience participation, photo opportunities, and more. Help us get the word out to families who may have smaller theatre lovers.  They will LOVE the antics in this show!
• We will not be streaming this show, however, we will offer DVDs like we did with Shrek.  It is a rare occasion to have two video license opportunities in one season.
